ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T MIND BEING OVERCHARGED! I have no ssues with the people or work, what I have an issue with is that they took advantage of my senior parents! They charged them $135.00 for labor to replace a part that took maybe 5 minutes total! That's basically $1620.00 PER HOUR! I understand that there should be a charge to come to a home, but once you realize how quick the job is you should drop the visit charge way down! I mean c'mon! If you want customers to call you back for future jobs or recommend you, you don't charge $135.00 for 5 min of work regardless! I'm a business owner of a residential and commercial painting company and we would never charge a client that much for such a simple job! Also, the exact brand and part was $11.00 online, but they charged $24.00! They didn't even give my parents the option of waiting for a cheaper part to be ordered. WE WILL NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

My wife and I purchased a park model at Golden Vista in Apache Junction and called Davis Plumbing and provided a list of items we wanted completed They Replaced entire hot and cold piping with A Pex pipe with expansion fittings, new valves at each connection, stainless steel flex connections from valves to all end connections at faucets, toilet and wash machines, refrigerator and dishwasher. Provided and Installed new hot water heater, pan, toilet, 5-cartridge/filter RO system. installed new bathroom sink faucet we purchased and relocated shower head 12” higher and installed new shower faucet we purchased. They cleaned up and took all garbage with them. They provided a bid for the work which was compared to other quotes. Work was completed in one day and for price quoted. Family business and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Happy customer

Solid service. No upsells, no nonsense. Showed up in the appointment window, gave a quote prior to work, then got right down to it. Got a drain snaked, and replaced a old pressure valve replaced. Cleaned up after themselves. Zero complaints.

Aaron came out and fixed my DIY mistake...lol. I appreciate them giving me a ballpark estimate over the phone; other places want to show up and then quote me. Great price, excellent service, I will be calling again next time I make a mistake! Thanks again.

I called Davis Plumbing to repair a break in my water supply line to my park model. The initial response was great and they scheduled to come back first thing the next day. They (Brett & Cameron) were here sharp at 7:00 am to do the work. They gave me a quote up front and I agreed to the price. They were to replace the main water supply lines and attach them to the floor framing. They did the work and I paid the bill. My mistake was not crawling under the addition to my park model to inspect their work. I asked Brett if they were able to attach the pipes to the floor framing and Brett said yes. About ten days later I had to remove some of the skirting around the addition where they installed the new water supply lines. I could not believe what I saw. The pipes were not properly attached to the framing as they claimed and were severely sagging. What supports they did install were braced with metal plumber's tape at about 8 foot intervals. The sagging was over a foot down from the framing. See attached pictures. I called Davis Plumbing to inform them of the problem and they scheduled Brett to come back out the next day. At first when he got here he said he did not see anything wrong except some sagging and that is how they do repairs on trailers. I told him that is not even close to being correct. I asked him to properly attach the pipes at 3 foot intervals to the framing. He used additional metal plumbers tape and the pipes were still severely sagging. I told him this was still a improper instillation and if I called the Mesa Building Department I was sure they would agree with me. I asked him if this is how he would have installed new plumbing supply lines to a stick built house. He told me that this was a trailer and this is how they repair trailers. But agreed that he would have installed the water supply line differently if this was a stick built house. He went and made a phone call to his office. He came back and said he was going to do as I had asked and attach the new water supply lines directly to the framing. I told him that just because someone lives in a park model doesn't mean they are not entitled to quality plumbing repair. I actually felt insulted as to his attitude about people living in park models (Trailers). Like maybe we do not deserve the same professional service as someone living in a stick built house. My wife and I are retired and spend the winters in Mesa to escape the cold of the North. I have heard about companies taking advantage of senior citizens. Hopefully this review will send a message to Davis Plumbing that all people are equal regardless of their age and what type of home they live in.

not the guy that pays the bill but they have been out to my hangout several times for a sewer that clogs up every few years. They show up in the time given ,and get it "flowing" again in short order. Highly recommend.
